It is an excellent option for a small to mid-size business especially if there's no dedicated IT support. Setup is simple, installation doesn't take much effort and the whole platform feels very user-friendly.

Getting to the information I needed was difficult at first but after spending some time with it and learning how it works, it became much easier.
