Pros

Within just a couple of days, we were already up and running with it. The interface feels user-friendly and the design is clean and simple. Even though it looks simple at first, it actually offers a lot of flexibility. The trigger system has been particularly valuable for our team. Being able to define conditions for assigning an application to a specific agent is a really useful feature.

Cons

It's missing some more advanced customization options.
