Pros

Right away the standout has been their top-notch support and how incredibly fast they are at rolling out the changes and features we've asked for. Customer service has been outstanding. The CRM side of the software is very user-friendly and the reservation management has easily become one of my favorite parts. The option to lock reservations behind credentials has been especially valuable for keeping our shop members safe. We're still discovering new features and finding more ways to get the most out of the platform. Overall, it has been an excellent piece of software.

Cons

Getting our site set up took a while and felt a bit tedious at first although once everything was finished it ran very well. There's also a learning curve when it comes to navigating the system because there are so many options and customizations available. That said, after the initial setup, we were able to fine-tune it really well to fit our needs.

Pros

Their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. We had quite a few complex software requirements to put in place and while we managed to work through most of them ourselves, we needed guidance on the last few. Each time we reached out their team replied within just a couple of hours by email, answered our questions clearly and even suggested better ways to handle some of the setup.

Cons

Requiring users to verify their password during sign-up tends to confuse a lot of people.

Pros

Among resource booking systems, this one has the strongest functionality I've seen on the market. It's simple to navigate and the user guides are clear enough to make setup easy. Whenever questions or issues come up the support team responds very quickly and is genuinely helpful.

Cons

At the moment, I don't have anything I dislike about it.
