Nothing stood out positively. The software runs slowly and the overall experience has been very poor. The staff behavior has also been disappointing. One team member has been handling my work for the last 10 days without resolving it and is not even answering my calls. The customer support chat is extremely weak as well, they do not respond on time and sometimes an entire day goes by while waiting for a reply. One customer service executive said she would discuss the issue with the team and get back to me but after that, there was no response at all. The whole support process feels careless and unprofessional.
