Pros
Having WhatsApp Loyalty and the WhatsApp Business API in one platform has been really valuable for us since we only need to integrate it to get both at a reasonable price. It also comes with a shared omnichannel inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram which makes handling conversations much more convenient. When compared with other WhatsApp Business API providers, the pricing is much lower. On top of that, their team offers support to every customer. The Shopify integration is another big advantage especially for ecommerce businesses that want to connect a loyalty program directly within WhatsApp.
Cons
It does not currently offer AI agent features and the automation available is limited to WhatsApp flow-based automation only.
