“Excellent reputation boost”
Pros
Right from the start, this platform has been simple to work with and has made a noticeable difference in both my online reputation and customer engagement. The customer support team responds quickly whenever my team or I have questions and they are always willing to provide extra training whenever we bring on new employees. Integrating it with our FSM and CRM was also very easy.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about it Labs. The only challenge was getting my team comfortable with using a new app but that improved over time.
