Pros
This software consolidates all customer interaction sources into one platform. I really appreciate the unified dashboard that seamlessly organizes everything. I particularly like how tickets appear in real-time, with status indicators that make it easy to prioritize and follow up on open or overdue tickets. And also ,it's easy to use customization features allow us to quickly reference any customer's previous inquiries and easily link them to new tickets. The automated service robot for frequently asked questions is also a great touch.
Cons
The drawbacks are minimal and only occur in rare situations, such as when new tickets don't appear on the main panel during periods of unusually high ticket flow.
