Pros

Using it has been very simple. It gives me a proactive, collaborative platform that I can easily share with my teammates. The three-part approach really helps me monitor customer health automatically, collect more customer feedback through surveys and manage the entire customer lifecycle in one place.

Cons

I wouldn't say there's much of a downside. It's very simple to use compared with other platforms. It may not offer the same level of customization as some alternatives but in our case that extra customization isn't something we need.
