Pros

Building an autonomous AI phone-call agent with this has been pretty easy, including real-time function calling and call transfers. The flow-building UX also stands out in a good way, it feels polished and comfortable to work in especially with features like batch calling and the integrations with Twilio and Telnyx.

Cons

At this point there really isn't anything I dislike about it. The feature set is strong and it's been working very well for me.
