Running a business, one of the toughest parts is sorting through false negative reviews so it's really useful that this helps prevent bad reviews from hurting you. That kind of support makes a real difference.

At this point, I haven't come across any real downsides yet since I'm still new to using it and honestly that feels like a pretty good sign.
