Getting started with it has been very simple and the platform is simple to work with day to day. The customization options are a big plus and they've helped improve my daily efficiency quite a bit.

It is still a young company so it's clearly still moving through the early startup stage.

Pros

It has been an amazing experience for our team. We were having a hard time staying efficient and getting a clear overview of our customers which made it difficult to take the right actions. That created challenges around churn and especially around driving expansion in a scalable way. It helped us address all of that by making it simple to integrate our customer data, build automations and workflows and improve our net retention rates.

Cons

Up to this point, we really haven't run into any major downsides. Any new system or workflow naturally comes with a few challenges but overall it has gone very well and their team has been very helpful throughout the process.

this tool has really helped simplify the way we handle customer interactions, improved communication across the board and given us valuable insights we can actually use.

At first glance, it seemed a bit complicated but once we got into it, integrating it with our existing systems was surprisingly simple.
