Pros

Getting started with it was surprisingly simple and having direct one-on-one support from the founders right after signing up made a big difference. Most of the features I needed like order status updates, were already included and connecting it to my Gorgias helpdesk was simple. The AI phone support is quicker and more effective than hiring human agents and it ends up paying for itself.

Cons

The one thing I'd still like to see is a chat option alongside voice. It would be even better if they added a chatbot feature so I could use it on my website too.
