Pros

This has been a really positive experience. The part I appreciate most is how user-friendly the platform feels. It has a modern, polished design and connects smoothly with our website which makes the experience pleasant for both our team on the admin side and our customers. Another standout benefit is the customer support. The team is consistently responsive, proactive and truly invested in resolving issues or answering questions quickly and professionally. Overall, Roverd delivers a strong mix of functionality, dependability and solid value for the price.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't run into any major drawbacks or limitations with it. Our overall experience has been consistently positive. As with any platform that continues to evolve, there is always room for added features or future improvements but we haven't come across anything that has negatively affected our daily work or overall experience.

Pros

There's a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and the customer support team has been really helpful whenever needed. The API connection with Viator/Tripadvisor is also solid and works well.

Cons

It would be even better if a Get Your Guide API could be added down the line since a system like this performs best when everything is fully integrated.

Pros

I appreciate this tool. The booking process was simple, communication stayed clear throughout and everything went off without any issues from beginning to end. The service felt dependable, simple to navigate and I really appreciated how organized the whole experience was.

Cons

The only thing I'd suggest is adding more options and flexibility. A broader range of choices or a bit more customization during the booking process would make the experience even better. Aside from that, I didn't run into any major problems.
