Pros

Years back, I used their Feedback Genius service for customer emails and even then the software was excellent. It was well designed, packed with useful functionality and felt very polished. Once they combined everything into a single platform, I was already a customer and I remember being genuinely impressed by how strong the whole system was. It felt stable, dependable and I never ran into errors or technical issues at all.

Cons

Pricing was really the only downside for me. They were billing me close to $100 per month for the software and later I found another option that offered what I needed for $19 so I ended up switching. That gap in price was hard to ignore.
