Something that's been really useful with it is the variety of layouts it gives you for displaying reviews. Being able to choose from different designs makes it much easier to match the testimonials with the overall style and branding of my website. The platform is also very simple to work with and if I had to rate the setup process from one to ten, I'd give it an eight.

The monthly cap of showing only 15 testimonials is a limitation they really should raise.

Right from the start, it felt very simple to navigate. I can manage all my testimonials inside the software, then share them or place them wherever I need. It comes with a wide range of features for organizing testimonials and editing them too. The part I appreciate most is how well it blends into my website and setting everything up is quite simple.

Using the platform has been very uncomplicated and even someone with only basic knowledge could take full advantage of the tool. Because of that, I really haven't run into any issues with it.

Seeing it for the first time honestly surprised me, I didn't expect a tool like this to exist. Since I work at a service-based company, this feels like an excellent fit for managing all of our collateral.

It does an excellent job of helping gather testimonials and having both formats available makes it much easier to showcase genuine customer experiences in a persuasive way.

A stronger organization system would make a huge difference in my workflow. The filtering options feel quite limited so finding a specific testimonial or reviewing the data for patterns isn't as efficient as it could be.
