Pros
This tool lets us send personalized communications based on the exact stage of the customer journey each client is in which makes outreach feel much more relevant and timely.
Cons
The analytics side could be more powerful especially when it comes to pulling fuller reports on how accounts interact with communications. It would also be useful to have an automated A/B testing tool.
