“Easy to use”

Pros

Using it has made a real difference for my team. It's very user-friendly and helps us work more efficiently. Instead of dealing with spam, customer support is now handled in a much more structured way.

Cons

There have been a few bugs on the site from time to time. Thankfully, the customer service team is friendly and has been able to assist me with everything I needed.

“Boosts productivity and quality”

Pros

It has supported us in several ways especially by improving productivity, shortening the onboarding time for new employees and helping raise overall quality.

Cons

After working with Sabio myself and having many of my employees use it as well, I'd say the interface still doesn't feel user-friendly enough. We continue to run into difficulties getting comfortable with the search function and that part could definitely be improved.

“buggy and too heavy”

Pros

The interface is well designed, the processes are optimized and it handles data well.

Cons

The software is quite large and there are still a lot of bugs that need to be fixed.

“Innovative features”

Pros

Getting this up and running was quick and the integration process was simple. The software is user-friendly, the support team is genuinely helpful and it delivers real results. On top of that, the cost-performance ratio is excellent and the innovative features add a lot of value.

Cons

Our Key Account Manager changed fairly often.

“Excellent usability”

Pros

Its usability is exceptionally strong and genuinely helps in day-to-day work. The support is quick and effective too.

Cons

Features like voice control and some AI-related details are already being worked on but they aren't usable yet. That said, it's clear the company is actively addressing these areas.

“Central hub for company knowledge”

Pros

It keeps both our team and our customers focused on the actual work instead of constantly checking inboxes or digging through messy shared folders. When product information changes or a process gets updated, we just make the change once in it and it's immediately available to everyone. It's simple to manage and even more simple to use. Having one well-structured place for all company knowledge helps us and our customers find the right answer exactly when it's needed.

Cons

The downside was less about the software itself and more about the approach we chose internally. We ended up reworking some of our content multiple times because we didn't spend enough time upfront planning the right structure. It gives a lot of flexibility in how you set things up and in our case we didn't pick the most efficient way at the beginning.

“valuable knowledge protection”

Pros

Losing critical know-how can be a real disaster for any company especially when years of built-up information disappear in an instant. It helps us protect that knowledge and makes it possible to share business expertise across all users. The architecture is clean, user-friendly and simple to work with. Our employees rely on it every day, whether they want to build up their skills or simply double-check that they have the right information. It was also simple to integrate and the support team is excellent with very fast response times. We honestly would not want to be without Sabio.

Cons

It would be nice to have a few more options for reflecting our company's own look and feel in the standard design although that is not a major issue for us.

“Logical structure”

Pros

There's no need for extensive training sessions to understand the system. Adding knowledge is simple and the overall structure feels logical and easy to follow.

Cons

The reporting features could be better. Also, not all typefaces are available, only the standard options.

“Incredible knowledge management setup”

Pros

It feels like a real step forward in knowledge management. Its structure and the way everything is handled make it very efficient to manage customer issues in customer service.

Cons

One thing that could make it even better is having more integration partners and platform options. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the setup, the documentation and the support.

“Adaptable tool”

Pros

Rolling this out in larger projects was simple and it was quick to adapt to our needs. The agents who use it actually prefer working with it which made adoption much easier. On top of that, the Sabio team has been very supportive throughout.

Cons

Named-user licensing can be better. It would be helpful to expand it with a set of unnamed viewers and offer a more structured menu for that user group as a new feature.

“integrates nicely”

Pros

Working with it on the user side feels very user-friendly. The software can be integrated in several ways which helps improve its value and makes adoption easier. One of its biggest advantages is the simple text handling and tree structure especially when your content is organized logically. Consultant support is also usually reliable and able to solve most issues.

Cons

Since it is based on simple HTML code, the design options for text are fairly limited. The product's very clear and minimalist philosophy can also become a drawback in certain situations.
