A practical marketing and lead generation tool

Pros

I really like the ability to drill down into website visitors, including details like their location, the pages they visited, how much time they spent on each page and then discover contacts at those companies through profiles. The webchat and the website visitor flow that you can build out are also great features.

Cons

Developing the playbooks and handling all the backend tasks can be challenging. It's much easier to rely on Signals for assistance in building it out rather than attempting it on my own.

A simple and efficient tool for tracking signals

Pros

Signals is super intuitive and easy to use. The platform lets me monitor signals in real time, quickly and accurately, making decision making a lot easier. The interface is very user-friendly, which enhances the overall experience. Plus the customer support is excellent.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the speed at which data updates as there can be slight delays at times. I'd also appreciate more flexibility in customizing notifications. However these are minor concerns compared to the overall advantages.

Budget-friendly solution with excellent customer support

Pros

As someone who recommends this service to clients I really appreciate their responsiveness, the quality of the product, and their great customer support.

Cons

It would be beneficial if there were custom integrations for smaller CRM platforms like Pipedrive.

A tool full of untapped potential

Pros

It offers so many useful features for different teams. My marketing team uses it for lead capture and gaining insights into website visitors, while my SDRs can schedule meetings and create new outbound lists. It's a tool that has tremendous value and I'm still discovering all it can do.

Cons

Getting the most out of this tool does require time and focus. As I'm part of a small team I don't always have the capacity to fully optimize the platform. Many of the features and platform designs are unique to Signals and I wish it were more similar to other tools I use so I could quickly optimize it without re-learning each time.

Top-tier customer service

Pros

Signals makes it easy to build and implement chatbot playbooks. Their customer success team is incredibly proactive- constantly suggesting improvements, troubleshooting issues and helping us build and deploy new bots. It feels like an extension of our team, always focused on the success of our business. They also guide us on how to make the most of new features like intent data or live chat support.

Cons

It would be helpful if it could identify the exact person visiting our website, rather than just showing the buying committee.

Exceptional software for your tech stack

Pros

The product is very easy to use and the setup was fairly quick, which is a huge plus. Integrating it into our other tools was a smooth process. It was all made much easier thanks to the support we got from the Signals team.

Cons

There aren't many drawbacks. It's highly efficient and reasonably priced.

Enhancing sales through signals

Pros

Signals has really improved our sales interactions at Zonos. It's helped us sharpen our conversations, is easy to use and provides fantastic analytics. It's now a key part of our lead generation efforts and I'd definitely recommend it to any sales team looking to improve customer engagement and boost sales effectiveness.

Cons

Understanding the entire process might take some time since it involves complex tasks and company-specific guidelines.

Outstanding customer service

Pros

This is a fantastic tool for driving site engagement. It's not just a chatbot, it provides valuable prospecting data and email functionality, letting us campaign directly to prospects from this tool. What really stands out is the support from their team. Our reps really know the product, and they often propose and implement changes (with our approval) that boost our engagement even more.

Cons

No major concerns at this time. They are working hard to simplify and modernize the administrative experience, which is great. Overall there are no major issues with Signals!
