Pros

After trying a handful of other chat apps, we ended up choosing it. The installation was easy and the Slack integration was especially important for our team. We've also been able to customize the settings the way we want, like only showing the chat option to logged-in users which has been really useful.

Cons

From what I understand, conversation history seems to be tracked only in our Slack channel. That said, I haven't checked the it admin panel in a while so it's possible there's another place where it's stored and I just haven't seen it. Aside from that, I don't have any other complaints about the app.
