Pros

Switching to this tool has been a really positive move for us. It helped us move away from limited working hours to a full 24/7 model so our customers can reach out whenever it works best for them. Another big plus is that the ambassadors are genuine fans of our brands which helps create stronger advocacy. It really feels like a win-win.

Cons

Honestly nothing major to complain about. At the start, a few features were missing, like the option to use our internal beauty advisors and the ability to track sales but it worked with us and has since added those features.
