Pros

Having one place to handle listings and Google Business Reviews was the part I appreciated most. The concept behind the product is solid but there are definitely better options available at a more reasonable price.

Cons

Be very cautious with this platform especially if you already have a Google Business Profile. It can erase or replace the information on your existing profile which means you end up rebuilding it over and over again. It happened to me three separate times and when I reported it to technical support, I was basically told I needed to be more careful with how I was using it.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how it pulls information together and pushes it out across 70 different channels. It really feels like getting 70 times the output from a single effort. The reporting and analytics are very detailed and that has been useful for making all kinds of business decisions. Another feature I appreciate is Competitor Analysis which lets us measure our performance against our top three competitors and spot areas where we can improve.

Cons

it is not especially well suited for chain businesses. When you manage a large number of outlets especially more than 50, there is no direct way to view the overall performance of the entire business in one place. Responding to reviews is also time-consuming because replies have to be handled one location at a time. That said, their team has been helpful and has supported us by manually preparing overall performance reports in Excel format.
