“Better inquiry handling”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for us has been having a more effective way to manage that first wave of questions coming in through our digital channels. We receive a combination of client inquiries and new business messages and not every one of them needs an immediate response from someone on the team. It has been really helpful for handling the simple requests and making sure the more important conversations are directed to the right people.
Cons
It does require a bit of ongoing maintenance. Whenever our services or internal workflows change, we need to update the chatbot information too. It's not a serious problem but it is something that has to be built into our regular process.

“Perfect for growing companies”
Pros
Running a growing cybersecurity company with a lean team means every tool has to help us accomplish more without hiring additional people and it has done exactly that. It costs less than other omnichannel platforms we looked at, the interface is user-friendly enough that everyone got comfortable with it quickly and the ticket management system has made it simple to triage support requests from customers using our zero trust connectivity solutions. Having calls and chat together in one place has reduced constant tool switching, their customer support has been responsive and we haven't run into any lag or downtime.
Cons
We've only been using it for around a month so we still haven't had enough time to fully test every feature especially when it comes to how well it will handle scaling support as we continue to grow.

“saves us time”
Pros
Bringing it into our stack for weekly use over roughly four months worked out well. I'm the COO at a mid-sized IT services and healthcare analytics company and we adopted this AI-driven customer service and contact center platform to automate client intake, handle IT support processes and tighten up our internal technical operations. It did a reliable job of centralizing multiple communication channels which gave us much better visibility into incoming requests and helped us keep things moving. Automating the repetitive pieces of client intake saved us time and the workflow tools kept technical requests organized instead of letting them disappear across email threads or chat messages. Our team also got up to speed with it fairly fast.
Cons
A minor drawback was running into a few small quirks while configuring the more detailed workflows. The initial setup needed a little extra tweaking but after everything was in place, it didn't really get in the way.

“all-in-one tool for client messaging”
Pros
Managing around 200 training projects a year and supporting more than 10,000 participants across strategic management, leadership, teamwork, customer service, sales and project management creates a lot of communication to juggle. Before we started using it, our team was constantly switching between email, phone calls, WhatsApp and website inquiries while coordinating with corporate clients on training schedules, participant lists, feedback and follow-ups. Because of that some details slipped through the cracks and response times were slower than they should have been. It brought all of those channels into one place which made a big difference. We can now manage messages from multiple sources in a single workspace, see the full conversation history and reply much faster without losing context. The interface is clear and uncomplicated so our small team was able to get comfortable with it quickly. Their customer support was also responsive whenever we had setup-related questions and the overall value feels very reasonable for the amount of interaction we handle. It has also stayed reliable during our busiest periods.
Cons
Some of the more advanced automation and reporting features needed a little extra time to configure so they would fit our specific training-project processes. After that initial setup though, they worked well and have not caused any real issues or slowed us down.

“Faster replies, better support flow”
Pros
I love how naturally it blended into our customer communication workflow. We get a high volume of repeat questions about sizing, stock availability order status and returns and it made those interactions much more efficient without making the support experience feel robotic. Customers get answers faster and our team has more time to focus on conversations that actually need personal attention.
Cons
It works best when you stay on top of it consistently. Since our collections, promotions and policies change over the course of the year, we have to keep the chatbot content updated so customers are always getting accurate information.

“Brings clarity to how we handle patient requests”
Pros
It brings more clarity to how we handle patient questions. Rather than juggling multiple inboxes or depending on individual staff members to remember follow-ups, requests are now much easier to monitor and manage. Our team has better visibility into what needs attention which has helped us respond in a more consistent way.
Cons
Getting everything set up took some adjustment at first since healthcare communication comes with its own workflows and standards. We needed a bit of time to configure the system around how our team manages patient requests but once that was done, it became much easier to fit into our day-to-day operations.

“Consistent support that saves time”
Pros
it consistently handles routine customer questions. As a consumer brand, we deal with a high volume of similar inquiries every day and being able to respond quickly without adding extra pressure to our team has been really valuable. It has also freed up our customer service staff to spend more time on the conversations that need a more personal, one-to-one approach.
Cons
Keeping the platform up to date does take continuous attention. Since our product lineup and messaging keep evolving, the content has to be reviewed on a regular basis to make sure the information customers receive stays accurate and current.

“dependable way to handle customer communication”
Pros
What really helped our team was having a more dependable way to handle customer communication. We get inquiries from several different channels especially during product launches and seasonal promotions and Sobot made it much simpler to keep everything organized and reply without unnecessary delays.
Cons
There were a couple of areas where more flexibility would have been useful especially when trying to adjust certain workflows to better fit our communication style. It wasn't a major problem but it did take a bit of time to adapt.

“All messages finally in one place”
Pros
A really practical change was no longer having to hunt for information across multiple inboxes and channels. Everything became much more organized in the way customer messages are viewed and managed so the team no longer has to depend on memory or manual follow-ups to know what still needs attention.
Cons
The biggest adjustment was on our side, getting everyone aligned on how requests should be routed and handled once everything was brought into a single system. That took some time at the beginning but it was more about changing habits than any shortcoming of the tool.

“No more missed messages”
Pros
Having one place where all client communication is visible and trackable has been the biggest benefit for us. It keeps the account and operations teams aligned much more easily especially when several stakeholders are involved in the same project. It's also helped lower the chances of messages being missed or delayed when the workload picks up.
Cons
There hasn't been anything significant on our end. The initial setup took a bit of time so it could fit with the way we already handle internal workflows but that's pretty normal when bringing in a new system. Once that was done, it's been stable.

“central hub for conversations”
Pros
Every customer conversation funneled into one system has been a really practical upgrade. Before this, messages were scattered across different channels and keeping up with requests took more effort than it should have. Now it's much simpler to track incoming issues, assign them to the right people and make sure nothing gets missed along the way. During busy periods especially, the whole support process feels far more manageable.
Cons
If anything the biggest challenge is that the initial setup takes a bit of time especially when you're trying to match it with the way your internal workflows already operate.

“Quick support with smart automation”
Pros
It made handling customer inquiries better. A lot of the messages we get are about order tracking, shipping updates, returns and product availability and the chatbot could take care of a large share of those automatically. That led to quicker response times, cut down on repetitive tasks for the team and helped us deliver a more consistent support experience overall.
Cons
It does a solid job with routine questions but more complicated customer issues still have to be passed along to a team member.

“Fantastic live chat features”
Pros
Managing conversations from multiple platforms became much more convenient with it since everything was centralized in one place. It gave our team clearer visibility into active inquiries and made transitions between agents more smooth. The live chat features and automation also cut down on a lot of the repetitive back-and-forth that usually comes with handling a high volume of inquiries.
Cons
Nothing significant really created problems for us. There was a small learning curve during the initial setup but once that was out of the way, the system has been dependable for everyday use.

“adds structure to customer communication”
Pros
The stability and structure it adds to customer communication across multiple channels stands out. Instead of switching between different tools, everything stays organized in one place which gives our teams much better visibility into what's going on at any moment. That has improved coordination throughout our support workflows and made the day-to-day handling of customer requests more consistent and easier to manage.
Cons
At this point there's nothing meaningful we'd call a drawback. The platform has been meeting our needs well and we haven't run into any major problems in day-to-day use.
