“Reliable monitoring”
Pros
It does a great job monitoring both external and internal resources which helps cut down on downtime. The email and dashboard alerts come through promptly and work efficiently.
Cons
Dashboard could use an updated look and feel. Support for custom device integration also needs to be better to provide deeper insights.
