Pros

Working with it has made guest communication much more simple and flexible for us. A big plus is the personal internal support directly from their team whenever questions come up or we need help with implementation. On top of that, sqanit helps us optimize an internal process which makes certain work steps much easier to manage. It has also reduced the amount of time we need to spend handling guest communication.

Cons

Since both sqanit and our company are constantly evolving, we haven't identified any real downside so far. Whenever wishes, suggestions or new ideas come up, they are quickly taken on and implemented so that together we can achieve the best possible result.
