Pros

Having one centralized place to manage, track and assign all incoming reviews has been really valuable. It runs natively inside Zendesk which makes it fit naturally into our workflow. It also gives detailed information about reviewers, helping us make better-informed decisions when responding to customers.

Cons

At this point I really haven't run into any issues with the tool. If anything, I just wish we had started using it much earlier.
