“easy guidance”
Pros
Right from the start their team handled customer queries really well and took the time to clear up every doubt. On top of that they offered one of the best solutions available in the market based on the specific requirements shared.
Cons
Overall everything has been very good but their response time could still be improved. At times they take quite a while to get back especially during the first contact.
