Pros

Absolutely love that it follows up with my customers automatically on the schedule I choose. I also love that the reviews are curated as verified customer reviews which makes everything look very professional. It all feels convenient.

Cons

Honestly, nothing worth complaining about. I'm very happy with it. At first, I wasn't getting notifications when a customer left a product review but then I realized I hadn't turned that option on in the settings. [eyeroll] All good now ,-P

Pros

Great tool and getting the website connected was convenient and I really appreciate how the "submit a review" form is built right into customer emails. The customer service has been outstanding and they're constantly rolling out new features.

Cons

Only thing missing right now is Google Ads seller/product ratings for Google Ads but they've reassured me that they're doing everything they can with Google to get it implemented.

Pros

Right from setup, this product connected easily with our Shopify store and the whole process felt very aligned. It comes with a strong set of features for collecting reviews, UGC and NPS, plus it does a really great job of handling our referral and rewards program.

Cons

One downside is that settings don't automatically carry over from one store to another so if you create a second location, you have to go through and configure everything manually.

You get a lot for the price with this platform. It comes with a full set of tools, including Product Reviews, Q&A, NPS, Loyalty and more. It also connects well with major ecommerce platforms and related apps like search, translation and product filtering.

Cons

Bulk editing options are somewhat limited and there's no Google syndication.

After moving away from PowerReviews which felt overpriced for the limited review features it provided, this has been a much better fit for us. We made the switch even before the company had a dedicated support team and the team still responded to our questions very quickly and took care of every issue we ran into. It's pretty easy to use and we've definitely seen an increase in the number of reviews coming through on our site.

It does get glitchy from time to time but a quick message to the it team is usually all it takes to have it refreshed.

Getting reviews collected is really easy and the support team has been absolutely five-star.

Running this platfome was very easy and using it day to day feels simple as well. It integrates nicely with the tools we already have in place and overall it comes across as more polished and professional than some of the bigger competitors.

One downside right now is that it still is not a Google partner which makes getting reviews onto Google Shopping a bit difficult.

One thing that really stands out is how outstanding the customer support has been the team usually responds within minutes. The software works reliably, feeds our website well and integrates with it very nicely.

Social media integration still has room for improvement especially when it comes to automatically generating and posting reviews.

What I really appreciate is that it lets our customers upload their pictures and videos while also confirming they're real customers.

The software has been excellent overall. I'd definitely recommend it and I haven't run into any issues.

We installed it through the Shopify app store and logging in isn't always convenient unless we go through Shopify first.
