Pros

One thing that really helps is the AI-driven segmentation which makes the whole process more efficient. The campaign management features are very solid and connecting it with other apps feels smooth. There's also a strong emphasis on automation which adds a lot of value.

Cons

The setup cost is definitely on the expensive side especially for smaller businesses. On top of that, performance can slow down a bit when working with larger data sets.

It has really solid marketing tools for generating leads. One feature that stands out is the DM option for social media accounts which is simple to configure and works quite efficiently.

It would be even better with a broader feature set. A few customization options that I've seen in other tools in this category are currently missing.

Getting around it was incredibly simple to pick up, it was affordable for our budget and we started seeing positive results right away.

Nothing really comes to mind that I disliked about this AI software. Like any switch to a new platform though, it does take a little time to fully transition and integrate from the old system.
