Right away, it's clear there's a lot of capability built into this platform. Once you pair that with how easy it is to use and the fantastic customer support and success teams, getting everything configured and moving in the right direction happens pretty quickly. It's very clearly designed around CSM and the customer journey so it naturally becomes part of the team's day-to-day workflow.
