Right from the start the interface felt really easy and the tools were simple to work with while turning a huge amount of unstructured data into something organized and actually useful. It has helped us save money by reducing client loss and we use its features alongside our CRM and Slack to surface insights and actionable information. This platform really feels like it stands in a category of its own and getting everything set up initially was simple.
