Pros

Before subscribing, we tested the it app during the 14-day free trial and it turned out to be very useful. The features are user-friendly and have supported our business growth well. We regularly use the canned messages and group management tools and both have been very helpful. The pricing is also surprisingly affordable, 500apps gives access to all 50 apps for only $14.99. I would definitely recommend this app to businesses looking to grow.

So far I haven't come across any issues. If anything changes after using it for a few more months, I may have more to add.
