Pros

Being able to share customer sentiment with the product team from a measurable, objective perspective was incredibly valuable. It clearly showed where customers were struggling the most and the data consistently backed up what I had already been communicating. Having that kind of validation made a big difference especially since I could present factual insights without the usual frustration.

Cons

There honestly wasn't much to dislike. We were an early adopter and throughout that time the team was helpful, responsive and genuinely invested in making sure we succeeded.
