Pros

Honestly, there's nothing about the tool or platform that I can point to as a positive. The headline already sums up how I feel and I would strongly recommend not adopting it.

Cons

After nearly 8 years in the market, it still hasn't gained any meaningful traction, even with tens of millions invested by VCs and private backers. It's positioned as a standalone AI tool for IT Service Management but most ITSM platforms already include AI capabilities built in. That makes it hard to see the purpose of using a separate product like this. From where I stand, there just isn't any real product-market fit. I don't see this company having a viable path to success. At best, it may continue on as a very small consulting business tied to a buggy software product but I can't imagine it ever reaching the point of an IPO. I also seriously question whether they'll be able to raise more capital given their track record to date and I don't see them as a compelling acquisition target either. My advice is simple: stay away from this product entirely.
