After relying on this tool as our main chat interface for more than seven years, I'm still impressed by how stable it is and how adaptable the development team has been. Whenever I've asked for feature updates they've usually delivered them within weeks and sometimes even within days when the request was reasonable. The support has been excellent too, I'm able to speak directly with the development team instead of going through the usual first-line support. That means my issues are handled by people who truly understand the product and know how to fix things properly. Latency and downtime are very rare for us and on the few occasions they've happened the team responded quickly and resolved everything in a way that helped prevent the same issue from happening again. I'd absolutely recommend TalkJS to a friend.
