“Game-changing for contact centers”

Pros

Simple and easy to use, quick to configure and backed by an excellent customer experience. The platform keeps innovating at a fast pace and genuinely helps drive business results.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. The platform has been fantastic the team has been excellent to work with and it addresses a real contact centre need for customers.

“fits CCaaS for easy deployment”

Pros

Right out of the gate it fit well with our preferred CCaaS vendor which made deployment easy. The leadership team has been strong they align well with our go-to-market approach and the support has been excellent throughout. I also appreciate their agile mindset and the flexibility they've shown in shaping the software development roadmap.

Cons

There are still a few features missing for an enterprise environment but the it team has been very responsive whenever we've raised those needs. They moved quickly on the items we wanted and several of those requests have already been added to their development roadmap for 2025 and continuing into 2026 which is encouraging.

“Clean interface but few challenges”

Pros

Working in it is very easy and everything is laid out clearly. I'm very satisfied with it overall. It's also really useful that multiple colleagues can work in it at the same time.

Cons

Specials aren't always entered correctly. Every now and then something also goes wrong with the roster layout.

“great system design”

Pros

Everything is laid out in a clear and organized way. It's easy to use and both the planner and the end user can easily understand where everything is and how to find it. The structure feels logical and simple.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a clear distinction between overstaffing and understaffing in the total bar. Also there were no user guides available yet, either for the end user or for the planner.

“Excel replacement works better”

Pros

After years of working with Excel, our Customer Contact department at Eigen Haard switched to it and the difference has been huge !

Cons

Getting everything set up took a bit of time and keeping the employees' skills up to date does require some discipline.

“amazing for integration”

Pros

System is clear to use and keeps things easy without unnecessary extras. I can add tasks myself and use color coding which makes everything much more organized. Processing leave requests is also simple and works well.

Cons

The biggest downside is that a lot still has to be done manually although that's also partly because we work almost entirely with flexible staff.

“Colorful scheduling simplifies work”

Pros

We are really satisfied with it. With this system we can easily assign our employees based on the basic staffing requirements. You can immediately see where extra support is needed and where we can schedule colleagues when staffing is at a minimum. The system is also very clear and pleasant for our colleagues to use. Thanks to the different colors, we can clearly divide the tasks in the schedule so everyone knows exactly what is expected of them.

Cons

It would actually be even more convenient if you could create a kind of shadow schedule for situations where someone is likely to still be sick the next day. That way, you could prepare a change in advance and apply it with the push of a button as soon as it turns out to be necessary.

“Responsive team and practical tool”

Pros

Using this tool has been a very positive experience. It keeps things easy without adding unnecessary functions or extra fields and the guidance is clear and helpful. The pricing also feels fair for what you get. I've had very good experiences with Roosterplanner overall the team is pleasant to work with, thinks along with you, implements changes quickly and delivers the product well.

Cons

There are still a few further developments I'd love to see and for me they can't happen quickly enough ,) Other than that, I really don't have much to complain about.

“Minimalist approach feels perfect”

Pros

The "less is more" approach really works here. It gives you exactly what you need without loading the software up with a bunch of extra features you don't actually want.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind honestly. I'm very satisfied and haven't run into any downsides.

“occupancy view stays transparent”

Pros

Each day you get a clear at-a-glance view of the staffing for that specific day. Because you can set a minimum staffing level for each task, it also immediately shows where bottlenecks will appear when someone is out sick, on vacation or absent for another reason.

Cons

When a new employee joins, you're required to create a new base schedule and the system doesn't automatically include that employee in the roster starting from their employment date.
