Pros
We appreciated the option to buy text credits in smaller amounts, which made it more manageable for us.
Cons
The text messages felt too automated and impersonal, which is why we switched to Text Request.

“Incredibly fast tool
Pros
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this software works well in my industry. There were rumors that it was only for healthcare businesses but Text-Em-All has worked perfectly for us. The easy to use dashboard, real time notifications and quick responses have made everything smoother and more enjoyable. I recommend trying it because its implementation is seamless.
Cons
Everything about it is great. Their terms and conditions are easy to understand and we have not encountered any challenges.

Pros
Text-Em-All is an excellent platform with fantastic functionality. It has helped me streamline communication with my employees, effectively replacing one or two staff members.
Cons
There were a few minor setup issues and it took 24 hours for a response. However, my issue was resolved quickly after that.

Call-Em-All is an extremely convenient tool for staying in touch with our group members, no matter the group's size. It's so easy to use and allows us to set up calls and texts in advance, it makes regular communications during uncertain times much easier.

In today's fast paced world, Call-Em-All is a breath of fresh air. It's surprisingly easy to use, easier than shopping on Amazon! The process is guided and it only takes seconds to use. The cost is minimal but the value it provides is immense.
Cons
Did not encounter any problems with this product. I appreciate the option to either add numbers individually or download a group.
