Pros

Everything runs reliably without any hassle and the service is very affordable for what it offers. Another big plus is that there's no need to build a separate helpdesk or customer support webpage to get started.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the level of customization available to users. In particular, the website URL still includes the full ticksy.com address and it would be much better if that could be shortened or replaced with the customer's own domain.
