“Highly recommended!”
Pros
Both our non-developers and developers can use it without trouble. It's simple, fast and lines up well with our SDLC as well as all of our security requirements. We definitely recommend it.
Cons
At this point, it's the best digital adoption platform solution we've tested.

“Easy for new users”
Pros
Putting together polished demos and walkthroughs in it is very simple, even for someone with little to no experience. It makes it possible to create effective, clean-looking tours for a website without much effort.
Cons
Coming from a training background, a few limitations kept it from matching what I needed. The biggest one was not being able to publish to standards such as SCORM or xAPI. That may not matter to everyone but for my team it was important to track how this asset was being used alongside other content in our learning ecosystem. Toonimo does provide solid analytics within its own platform but that data stays separate from the rest of ours and I had other tools available that could feed information into a shared repository. It also offers professional voiceover for demos but there are other products out there with decent text-to-speech libraries or simple integration with services like Amazon Polly. It is not that it is a bad product, it just did not go deep enough feature-wise for my use case especially when there were free tour-building tools that came fairly close in functionality.
