Working with the platform has been a fantastic experience especially because I get a close view of feature discussions and upcoming product releases. Chandan is always looking for ways to expand its capabilities and pays close attention to how customers actually use it. That focus on practical features based on customer needs has helped improve adoption and efficiency for us. I also think the AI Brain could be useful for many companies because it has created impressive efficiencies and saves us days each year on certain tasks.

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. If anything, I just wish I had more time to devote to expanding how much I use it.
