“Bot automation is great”
Pros
One of the biggest wins here is the drag-and-drop interface which lets us create smart customer service bots without needing a full development team and that saves us a huge amount of time every week. The AI does a really good job understanding natural language and keeping track of context while bringing channels like WhatsApp, SMS and web chat together in a single dashboard. It also handles practical actions like payments and bookings directly inside the conversation. Everything runs fast and when automation can't resolve something, it passes the chat to a live agent without losing the thread. With a very helpful onboarding team behind it, the platform started delivering strong ROI almost right away by taking over repetitive FAQs and making it possible to scale support 24/7 without adding more staff.
Cons
One drawback is that the learning curve gets pretty steep once you move into advanced workflows. The basic setup is easy but the more complex AI functions and backend API integrations need significant developer support which can slow onboarding down. The platform can also become noticeably sluggish during heavy traffic spikes and that can frustrate customers when response times start to lag. It would be much better with more ready-made templates, clearer video tutorials and better server optimization for busy periods.

“great tool”
Pros
Building and managing conversational workflows with this platform takes far less development effort than I expected. We've had it running in production for quite a while to automate customer interactions across WhatsApp and other messaging channels and the visual flow builder makes it simple to create, test and adjust bots without wasting time. The platform has also been consistently stable and the analytics dashboard is genuinely useful for monitoring user behavior and improving conversation performance. Overall, it saves us a significant amount of time and helps boost customer engagement.
Cons
Some of the more advanced customization features still call for stronger technical knowledge especially when integrations involve more complex backend systems. While the platform is friendly enough for setting up basic flows, troubleshooting those deeper integrations can take a while. I'd also say the documentation could go further in certain areas since more detail would make onboarding new team members quicker and help them get up to speed faster.

“Chat automation toolkit”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how it transforms basic messaging into real business workflows. The PWA Capsules are especially useful because customers can handle more involved actions like payments or bookings right inside the chat. On top of that, the low-code journey builder and the hybrid handoff between AI and live agents make it a very flexible option for mobile-first customer engagement.
Cons
A common frustration is the steep learning curve when it comes to the more advanced features. The limited documentation also means teams often have to rely on support more than they would like and the interface can lag at times when handling larger, more complex customer journeys.

“good automation and omnichannel support”
Pros
It is great that AI-powered automation paired with omnichannel messaging. It makes customer interactions faster, more consistent and much easier to manage overall. The low-code workflows are also really useful because they simplify processes that would otherwise feel complicated. It takes care of routine questions and repetitive tasks right away which gives our team more time to focus on the issues that actually need human attention. The omnichannel messaging is another major benefit since customers receive timely, consistent replies across WhatsApp, SMS, email and social platforms and that has definitely helped with both satisfaction and efficiency. I've also appreciated the unified dashboard because it helps us respond faster and cut down on errors during daily support work. On top of that, the integration with our CRM, helpdesk system and email marketing tools makes it much more convenient to keep communication consistent across every channel.
Cons
Getting everything set up at the beginning can be a bit complicated and some of the more advanced customizations still need developer involvement. When message volume gets extremely high, system performance can slow down at times as well. I'd also like to see easier onboarding, more prebuilt workflow templates, stronger scalability for heavy messaging volumes, deeper third-party integrations and a simpler way to customize AI responses without relying so much on developer support.

“All-in-one messaging”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been a big plus and it does a great job of automating customer queries quickly. The multi-channel messaging keeps conversations neatly organized so communication feels much more aligned. The real-time updates and insights are especially useful because they give a clear picture of what's happening and help with making better decisions. Getting started was fairly easy since the platform feels simple to follow which let my team begin using it without any major problems. On top of that, it's genuinely helpful for automating customer interactions and managing messages across multiple channels which saves time and makes customer engagement much more manageable.
Cons
Customization is probably the area that could use the most work. Some workflows feel a little limited and a few of the more advanced features aren't especially simple so setup can take longer and require extra effort to adapt the platform to our needs. It would be better with more flexible workflow templates and simpler drag-and-drop options for more complex setups. Clearer guidance or built-in tips around the advanced features would also make customization faster and more user-friendly.

“Collaborative and meaningful work”
Pros
The best part has been the people and the culture. There's a real sense of collaboration, trust and ownership here which makes it easier to do work that feels meaningful while continuing to learn along the way.
Cons
With the company growing and moving fast, priorities and processes can sometimes change or feel a little unclear which makes alignment and planning more challenging at times. At the same time, that also comes with being in a dynamic environment and it creates room to keep improving communication, structure and collaboration over time.

“Unified support but scaling limits”
Pros
Being able to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, web and social channels in one unified system is a big advantage for enterprise teams.

“clear workflows”
Pros
What I really appreciate is how well it turns complicated workflows into something clear and simple. The platform feels user-friendly and dependable and it does a good job of keeping customer communication organized which makes everyday work more efficient and a lot less stressful.
Cons
Even though it's very helpful overall, the interface can occasionally feel a little slow or not as simple when dealing with more advanced tasks. A few features could also be simplified further or offer more customization which would make the overall experience even better.

“integrations and live insights”
Pros
Biggest advantage of this tool is how well it connects with CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways and internal systems so companies can keep using their existing tech without having to rebuild everything. The real-time dashboard is also very useful for tracking conversions, workflow performance and engagement metrics as they happen.
Cons
The platform is very capable but it does require a fair amount of onboarding and training before non-technical users can work with it confidently. There are also only a few ready-made WhatsApp templates and since it doesn't include built-in CRM or payment configuration, developer support is still needed for those parts.

“great automation but occasional lag”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the low-code builder which makes putting together automated chat flows quick and easy. It also does a strong job of blending conversational AI with actual process automation so customers can complete real tasks inside the chat instead of only getting answers. On top of that, the omnichannel support helps businesses connect with users across WhatsApp, SMS and other channels while keeping the experience consistent.
Cons
A drawback though, is that performance can dip during periods of very heavy usage and some users say it starts to slow down.

“Customer-first automation”
Pros
From what I've seen, it really helps me build customer-focused solutions with the chatbot while also bringing my business process automation together in one place. Their customer support has been excellent whenever I've needed help and tickets get resolved quickly.
Cons
I'm still exploring and working through the automation side and the only drawback I've noticed so far is with the pre-built templates since they don't offer much customization.

“real-time WhatsApp engagement”
Pros
Right from the start, this WhatsApp Business solution has helped us make the most of native WhatsApp features and connect with clients immediately. It really taps into the power of WhatsApp Business to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with customers in real time. The mobile instant messaging setup is especially useful because the chat window works like an extended interface for business applications, with buttons, dynamic forms and customizable workflows that make interactions much more effective.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to point out. The support team responds on time whenever issues come up and the platform also helps us maintain a strong relationship with our customers.

“Fast chatbot rollout”
Pros
Within just a few days, we had conversational agents up and running because the visual builder was simple and the prebuilt connectors saved us a lot of time. Connecting it with our CRM and external AI services was pretty easy as well. The implementation team brought practical suggestions that noticeably improved attendee engagement and their support stayed reliable the whole way through.
Cons
Adoption would be even simpler with clearer, more task-oriented documentation and live onboarding sessions. It would also be helpful to have more in-app model controls, more flexible UI customization options and a wider range of starter flows for advanced users.

“scalable campaigns”
Pros
Our WhatsApp Business has become much more manageable with this tool. Bringing on new clients is quick thanks to the built-in flows for registration, verification and template approval. The wallet system and usage-based billing make cost control very transparent. The campaign builder is easy and we can create and monitor WhatsApp campaigns from one place. Switching from WhatsApp to SMS or Telegram was convenient and didn't require any additional training. It's helped us grow operations without increasing manual effort.
Cons
Having more ready-made WhatsApp templates would save new users a lot of time. Native integrations with CRM systems and payment tools would also speed up the initial setup. A few settings still require technical knowledge so a simpler mode would make the platform more accessible for business users.

“Reliable AI calling”
Pros
Running calls and AI-driven automation through this platform helped our company respond much faster and avoid missing customer requests. The bots were able to complete actions on their own which meant tasks kept moving without waiting for a person to step in. Another thing I appreciated was how simple it was to hand a conversation over from the bot to a live agent, with the full chat and call history available right away. The system stayed stable even during periods with a high volume of simultaneous calls. On top of that, the vendor was very supportive during the initial setup.
Cons
I would still like to see more prebuilt call flow templates available out of the box. Some CRM integrations took longer than expected and required custom work to get running properly. Also, the AI training section could be made more easy for users who don't have a technical background.

“Workflow builder I rely on”
Pros
It has turned into one of the tools I use the most. As a developer, having a great workflow builder is always something you hope for, no matter the use case. I can map customer interactions with the drag-and-drop functionality and while a little coding is still needed, it's manageable for anyone with some training. We mainly use it for internal communication and our long back-and-forth email threads have almost disappeared because the system is that efficient. I'd definitely recommend it if you're thinking about giving the product a try.
Cons
At times, the platform does slow down when the server is under a heavy load but it hasn't been a major issue for us.

“AI workflows”
Pros
One thing that's worked really well for us is the prompt configuration which has helped us build powerful AI workflows for our clients. It doesn't require any coding knowledge or large, complicated training datasets so getting started has been very approachable. We've been able to enter prompts, create conversational bots and have them communicate naturally while collecting the information customers need to provide. In the end, the interactions feel much more human and far less limited or rule-based.
Cons
It would be even better if there were ready-to-use prompt templates available for each use case.

“Billing automation”
Pros
Since we started using this, our billing management has become much more aligned. When we automate customer conversations, there's a fixed cost involved with Meta or Google depending on the channel we choose. We needed that automation because creating invoices manually was becoming a massive task to handle. Now we can put together a pricing plan in just a few minutes and that has made it much easier to connect billing with all the customer journey automations we build. At this point, billing gets generated with very little manual effort.
Cons
Getting familiar with this feature did take some time at first but the documentation turned out to be very helpful.
