“Flexible communication platform”
Pros
After more than three years using their service, one thing that keeps standing out is how well the platform brings every communication channel into one convenient place. It's very practical to have text, voice, messaging apps and web channels all available together especially since it lets us connect with customers through whichever method they prefer. The flexibility of the solution has been a big advantage for our team. On top of that, our account manager, Dima Lutfi, has been incredibly supportive, offering personalized guidance and helping us make the most of everything the platform offers.
Cons
A part of the experience that still needs improvement is invoice access. At the moment, I'm not able to view invoices directly inside the platform so it creates an extra step in my workflow. Having the platform integrated with their ERP system would make a noticeable difference and improve the overall user experience by giving convenient access to billing and financial details.
