Pros

Real-time visibility has made a big difference for our team because we can address issues proactively before they impact more users. The AI-powered analysis is excellent and helps us focus our attention on the most important areas. I also appreciate that the platform continues to improve and that the team takes our requests into consideration. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

The only challenge is keeping up with all the features the platform offers. It would be a nice addition to have short five-minute training courses to help users learn how to use the tool more efficiently.
