Platform feels simple to use and offers plenty of useful options for business work especially when creating marketing personas and customer journey maps. In my case, it has been especially valuable for teaching because the interface is friendly and helped students grasp the concepts more clearly through visuals.

Cons

Handling projects became difficult when managing a class of more than 25 students although it performs very well in a collaborative environment.

Pros

Templates make everything much easier. It's very simple, highly visual and really easy to edit. The team is built into the workflow so we can co-create together without any hassle.

It would be great if it could integrate with Canva so the illustration designs could be included directly.

Running remote mapping sessions with this tool has been really easy. It's easy to use and sharing everything with teammates or clients is just as simple.

There are quite a few templates available but I would honestly suggest choosing a different platform that feels more trustworthy to invest money in.

Things went badly with the free version. After signing up, I was given access to several templates and I spent around 2 to 3 hours looking for the right one and beginning my work. Then, out of nowhere, my access was blocked. They not only removed the projects from my free plan after I had already started using them but also acted as if I was trying to access something I was not supposed to. Now those projects are no longer included in my plan and I am left with access to only 2 templates. I will not be using them and I strongly recommend that others look for alternative software instead. My concern is that there is no guarantee that after paying and putting a lot of effort and information into a project they will not treat you the same way they treated me. They can simply remove items from your current plan and then ask you to pay more. Thankfully there are plenty of other options available. If this platform wants to mislead people, that is their issue.

Pros

From my perspective getting started with this mapping tool felt refreshingly easy. It is one of the more simple options on the market and I really appreciate software that does not require a big investment in manuals or training sessions just to become productive. Of course, you still need to understand the basics of customer journey mapping but with that foundation in place, it is easy to get up and running quickly. One thing I particularly enjoy is how simple it is to create personas.

Cons

I use this tool as a stand-alone product so I have not had to deal with any integrations. For what I need, it covers everything I require and it does so at a very affordable price point.

After comparing several options, I chose this platform for a client persona and journey mapping project with a very tight turnaround. I had less than two weeks to learn the tool, customize it to the client and deliver three personas plus journey maps. When I shared the first draft of the layout, my client liked it so much that he decided to buy the software too. The templates were a big advantage because they let me adjust and customize the persona and journey map data sections to fit the project. Whenever I had questions, customer support responded quickly and even followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. That was extremely helpful and reassuring under the deadline. In the end the client's senior management was genuinely excited about the final result they loved the content, layout, visuals and graphics. It felt like a complete home run and I highly recommend this platform.

Cons

Once I created a template layout I was happy with, I eventually worked out how to duplicate it but then I had to remove all the persona-specific content before I could build a new one using the same layout and headers. I would have preferred the option to save just the layout and headers as a reusable template for future work. I also initially thought some earlier personas had disappeared because the slider on the right was not obvious so I didn't realize I needed to scroll down.

Pros

Compared with juggling a Google Doc, PowerPoint or Figma file, this is much easier to use for creating valuable assets for marketing and growth teams. Those other options tend to get messy fast and they usually require a lot of extra time to polish everything. With this tool, customer experience mapping and persona creation feel incredibly easy.

Can't think of anything that caused problems. It does exactly what it's meant to do and it does it really well.

Getting started took only a few hours and we were able to deliver a result that really impressed our client. A process like this normally would have required hours of face-to-face meetings but instead we handled everything completely online in a collaborative environment.

Loved everything about it. My only suggestion would be to make the full customer journey page more user-friendly for online presentations. It looks amazing when printed so it would be great to have a similar experience online.

Right away the interface felt polished and pleasant to use. The dark mode looked great the color choices were really well done and the overall layout was clean and uncluttered. It was also easy to figure out and I had an easy time doing everything I needed to do.

One thing that didn't quite work for me was the "experience" section in the customer journey maps. The emotion options I wanted weren't always available or sometimes the labels didn't feel like the right fit for what I was trying to express. For instance, I was looking for something closer to "indifference", not happy but not sad either and I couldn't find an emotion that matched well. I eventually chose "vigilance" because the emoji looked more indifferent but the word itself makes me think of someone being cautious or on edge which doesn't really match the feeling I wanted.

Pros

Everything feels quick and responsive the color scheme is comfortable to look at and the hierarchy is laid out in a way that feels logical and easy to follow.

Cons

Some features are still missing, like wireframing. With personas, it would be more simple if you could drag the face directly onto the experience since it took a bit of confusion to realize that the six dots were meant for that.

Being web-based is a big plus since I can log in and use it from anywhere. I also appreciate the clean, simple design and it makes it easy to put together polished-looking personas.

Getting started was a bit confusing as a new user because I wasn't really sure where to begin. That was especially true when building a customer dream map since it wasn't clear what information was supposed to go into each text box although I can see that the flexibility may have been intentional.

Right away the overall design felt polished and simple. The page layout is well organized the elements are positioned nicely and getting everything set up was easy.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is a multi-select option so I wouldn't have to add each element one at a time. If that feature already exists, it should be made much more visible or shown in a quick popup at the start.

Putting together a persona for my projects became incredibly easy with this tool. As a new student, I was really struggling to get everything set up but this made the whole process feel effortless and the design looks great in my project too.

Customization is a bit limited when it comes to colors and fonts.

Buying this product has been refreshingly easy from a procurement standpoint and the team behind it has been exceptional. Whether the question is technical, billing-related or something else entirely the staff is informed, helpful and supportive every step of the way. I really appreciate how simple they've kept the whole process. Excellent job.

The first thing that stood out to me was how cute and modern the icons look. It's also very easy to use and I was able to get started right away without needing any kind of tutorial.

Sometimes though, it's a little hard to tell exactly where I'm supposed to click to import or place images or whether I need to open an image block first just to add one.
