Pros
Using it feels very simple and easy. It's basically like having a fully functional computer available in the cloud.
Cons
Only downside I've noticed is that there doesn't seem to be any microphone support so Skype can't work with full functionality.

“Flexible templates anywhere”
Pros
Getting the template system up and running is easy and building from those templates works really well. Another big plus is being able to access the virtual system from any browser which is really convenient.
Cons
Password rules can be frustrating at times. I don't always need an algorithm deciding whether my passwords are too weak.

“quick Windows app”
Pros
Easy to use platform!! And the customer service has been truly outstanding. The Windows app runs very quickly and works well across multiple monitors.
Cons
Browser-based connection feature still doesn't handle dual monitors so that capability is limited to the Windows application only.
