Worth your time and money

Pros

Vision Helpdesk has been proven to be the best for my office. Also its customer service features and gamification elements are excellent and make it easy to use on a daily basis.

Cons

The only downside is that some of my employees had trouble getting the hang of it. yes, it took some time for them to learn but once they did, it became very user friendly.

Decent tool, works well

Pros

It works flawlessly with a great font and is easy to use. Overall it is a solid software at an affordable price. Vision Helpdesk manages all types of customer interactions from different channels like email, chat, phone, social media from a single platform. This makes organizing everything so much easier for us.

Cons

Well it is thoughtful and collaborative making communication easy. However I find the Forums page quite complicated and not very user friendly.

My two cents? its highly useful

Pros

It has been a great help to me during the patient intake process making it quicker and more efficient to collect all the necessary information.

Cons

A bit on the pricier side but worth a try!

Pros

The platform actually brings together customer interactions from all channels such as email, chat, phone and social media into one platform. This makes it much easier for us to organize and manage everything in one place saving time and improving efficiency.

Cons

Depending on the features we require it can get a bit expensive particularly for small businesses or startups.

5 star customer service

Pros

I checked my account status on the company website and was impressed with how smoothly it worked.

Cons

Well I have no complaints. As whenever something happened, it felt like I am speaking to a live agent as they provided fast responses and were very helpful providing all the information I needed.

Pros

vision helpdesk is outstanding customer support software. It is user friendly and offers a great experience. Plus the customer service team is highly experienced and very helpful.

Cons

The thing I liked least about it is its potentially high cost.
