Pros
Vision Helpdesk has been proven to be the best for my office. Also its customer service features and gamification elements are excellent and make it easy to use on a daily basis.
Cons
The only downside is that some of my employees had trouble getting the hang of it. yes, it took some time for them to learn but once they did, it became very user friendly.

Pros
It works flawlessly with a great font and is easy to use. Overall it is a solid software at an affordable price. Vision Helpdesk manages all types of customer interactions from different channels like email, chat, phone, social media from a single platform. This makes organizing everything so much easier for us.
Cons
Well it is thoughtful and collaborative making communication easy. However I find the Forums page quite complicated and not very user friendly.

Well I have no complaints. As whenever something happened, it felt like I am speaking to a live agent as they provided fast responses and were very helpful providing all the information I needed.
