“Reach and engage anywhere”
Pros
Using both Engage and Reach feels very easy and I really appreciate being able to access them from both my laptop and mobile device.
Cons
One thing that bothered me before was the lack of a true phone app although that has since been addressed so that issue is no longer a concern. There were also times when the system glitched and failed to send my message to the entire group.
