Pros

Right out of the gate, this service desk tool covers everything I need. It's easy to use, includes all the features required for day-to-day operations and the ability to integrate smoothly with third-party platforms is a big advantage.

Cons

At this point, I don't really have anything to complain about. Like any product, it will continue to evolve over time and AI/ML capabilities are planned for future releases which I'm definitely looking forward to trying.
