flexible booking that keeps me on track

Pros

Setting up multiple calendars for my clients is very easy for me and it makes booking appointments simple for them while still collecting the important details I need before the meeting. The calendar integration is also really helpful for me because it keeps everything synced and makes sure I don't miss a call.

Cons

One thing that would improve it is having an electronic signature option built into the booking flow. There are also cheaper alternatives out there and the pricing for text messages feels pretty high.

calendar link saves time

Pros

Connecting my calendar with a simple link has made scheduling much more convenient for me. It cuts out the back-and-forth of phone tag and long email threads when trying to land on a meeting time that works. I'm also able to create four different appointment types with different lengths which fits well with the range of work I handle.

Cons

One issue is that clients who aren't using the same calendar system as I am, specifically Google sometimes have trouble locating the invitation.

responsive support for group bookings

Pros

Handling group bookings works well for me and whenever questions come up, the team is usually quick to respond.

Cons

There's no option to stop people from making duplicate bookings.

helpful booking notifications

Pros

There's a great mix of automatic and customized notifications for my appointments and the cancellation/rescheduling features work well too.

Cons

I'd still like more flexibility with notifications and reminders based on appointment type. Right now that option isn't available so I have to set up separate booking pages whenever I need different notification messaging.

time-saving scheduling companion

Pros

This has been a fantastic tool for me for cutting down the time I spend scheduling, rescheduling and sending reminders to clients about appointments and upcoming agendas.

Cons

One limitation is that when I'm booking time on someone else's Calendly calendar, I can't layer my YCBM calendar over it to quickly find a time that works for both of us.

custom scheduling that fits perfectly

Pros

scheduling pages can be tailored really well for me and having the option to host them directly on our own website is a big plus.

Cons

Getting everything set up was a little complicated and I couldn't handle it on my own. That said the level of customization makes it understandable from a technical standpoint. I ended up paying for help with the setup but it was worth it for the final result. It's definitely something to keep in mind before getting started.
