booking tools that just work

Pros

Booking appointments is really easy for me with this and it comes with plenty of useful features that actually fit real scheduling needs, like calendar integration and similar tools.

Cons

My biggest concern is still the way organizational permissions and access settings are handled, along with some control limitations although it's not a dealbreaker for me.

secure payments for small business..

Pros

Running a very small business, I've found the payment processing has been really easy to manage. The software also gives me a strong sense of security when I use it.

Cons

At the beginning, I ran into a few bugs and minor issues but the learning curve wasn't hard to get past.

timezone detection is a lifesaver!

Pros

Having automated timezone detection has been a huge help for me when setting up virtual counseling visits with missionaries or members who are traveling since it takes away the awkward confusion around scheduling.

Cons

The booking page doesn't offer much room for styling or customization. It can also run into accidental double-booking problems when the calendar loads or syncs later than it should.

Flexible slot booking boost

Pros

One thing that really helps me is being able to let carriers and customers book available time slots on their own. It cuts down a lot on back-and-forth phone calls and helps me keep my small booking calendar organized.

Cons

On the downside, I do run into some trouble when payment links or calendar syncs act up. Dealing with those issues in the middle of the day pulls my attention away from monitoring loads and supporting nervous first-time shippers.

Scheduling meetings is really convenient for my clients and anyone reaching out by email. It connects straight to my calendar which makes the whole process simple and quick.

Customizable with helpful recruiting updates

Pros

Getting started with it was easy for me and customizing it to fit our process didn't take much effort. The calendar integrations worked really well, the browser extension was reliable and I also appreciated the regular updates plus the industry insights they shared around interviewing and recruiting.

Cons

Pricing was the biggest downside for us. The recurring cost is ultimately why we stopped using the service and ended up downgrading to Microsoft Bookings.

simple booking on the webpage

Pros

Booking items through it is pretty easy for me and I really appreciate that it blends into the webpage instead of feeling like a separate app. It comes across as less intrusive and doesn't seem like a completely different product.

Cons

reliable scheduling with multilingual options

Pros

From day-to-day use, I found it proved to be a dependable scheduling tool that handled most tasks without issues. One feature I really appreciated was the option to translate notification emails. For businesses or individuals like me who need to communicate in multiple languages, that adds a polished, professional touch. Overall I find it's a flexible platform with plenty of customization options which makes it a great fit for users with different scheduling needs.

Cons

Even though it works, there are a few downsides. As time went on, it felt more expensive or more limited unless I moved to a higher plan which is frustrating when only basic features are needed. Some parts of the platform also feel more complicated than necessary, with lots of extra features I never really used when I was actually looking for something simpler and more affordable. And while the email translation feature is useful, setting it up took far too much time and wasn't nearly as simple as it should have been. The overall workflow could definitely be more aligned so basic tasks are faster and less tough.

Pros

Right from the start, this has been an incredibly useful tool for keeping my schedule organized efficiently. Getting everything set up was fast and easy and the clear instructions walked me through the basics in just a few minutes. reliable Google integration

Pros

It works really well with my Google Calendar and Gmail which makes it convenient for me to keep everything connected.

Cons

I still can't quite figure out how to use the tools for more advanced marketing automation. I'd also like the option to send more scheduled reminders since right now it seems limited to one email and one SMS.

flexible scheduling and reminders

Pros

Scheduling appointments feels very easy for me, with multiple time slot options and custom descriptors available. It's also helpful that I can add buffer time between appointments and the automated email and text reminders save me a lot of follow-up work. The app integrations are useful, rebooking or rescheduling is simple and having multiple links under one user for different client groups works really well.

Cons

The one limitation is with Zoom integration being only fully on or fully off so there's no option to choose it for individual appointments.

Efficient meeting booking made simple

Pros

One of the best things about this is how much time it saves me. People can book meetings with me and my team on times that work for them which makes scheduling much more efficient.

Cons

The biggest drawback is the per-calendar pricing. I'd love to have my personal calendar and my other calendars involved in my availability since I run several companies but doing that would basically triple the cost. It would also help to have some kind of flexible availability setting, like 'not available but can move things around' or 'available only if there's no other option', just with a better name, obviously.

support needs real people

Pros

Getting Zoom connected is easy for me. The only issue I notice is that when time zones change, it doesn't stay synced properly with Zoom.

Cons

Customer support was frustrating. It started with a chatbot that only gave very basic answers. After being passed to a specialist, I waited two hours for a reply and even then the response wasn't helpful. At some point, people need actual help from people.

Pros

Getting started was quick and easy for me. It works well with Google Calendar and Zoom and the real-time updates are very useful.

Cons

One thing I've been hoping for over the years is a calendar-style view that hides all the booked time slots. Right now, it shows a list of available openings instead. It's not really a major downside and while it's not exactly what I wanted, it's fairly close.
