“Secure booking tool”

Everything about it feels very easy, it works exactly as it should, it's secure and data privacy compliance keeps becoming more important especially for my clients as well.

Cons

Honestly, it fits my needs well and I really don't have anything to complain about. The only point worth mentioning is that expanded features require paid access but of course that's understandable since you need to make money.

“Flexible scheduling”

Pros

One thing that genuinely makes daily work in the practice easier is how flexible it is. Setting appointments is easy and adapts to the way I work instead of forcing me into a fixed process. The custom workflows automate a lot of the small repetitive tasks so I no longer have to manage every little detail myself. The Google Calendar integration has also been excellent, no delays and no sync issues. It really feels like having a digital assistant that thinks along with me and keeps things running so I can focus on my actual work.

Cons

I would still like to see more options for adding my own company branding. Other than that, there are hardly any issues with the application.

“Professional booking workflows”

Pros

Between the subscription pricing and everything included, it feels like really good value. Chat Support gets back to me quickly whenever I have questions. I'm able to set up routing options for meeting polls and lead-gen forms, plus workflows for follow-ups, thank-you emails, surveys and custom automations. The booking page looks polished and the confirmation emails come across as very professional too.

Cons

Getting familiar with all the available features was a little confusing at first. The platform can handle a lot but I had to go through the Resource pages a few times before things started to click and I'm pretty sure there are still more capabilities I haven't uncovered yet.

Connecting it with Apple Calendar works really well and the whole thing is very simple to use.

There's honestly nothing negative to mention, it's just a really good tool for letting customers book appointments.

Everything feels clear and easy to follow and having the whole platform in German is a big plus ,) The calendar connection is fantastic too because it finally prevents any appointment overlaps.

I'd love to see automated follow-ups included already in the first subscription tier so I could support my clients in an even smarter way.

Pros

The layout is very clear and easy to use and the range of features gives you a lot of possibilities. I also got in touch with the service chat really quickly and they were able to help right away and solve the issue on the spot which was genuinely really cool.

Cons

At the moment, I haven't noticed any real weaknesses ,) The only thing that could be helpful would be an integration with the relevant CRM tool. Otherwise, you have to enter your customers and contacts again manually.

The setup feels simple and very practical to use. It's also GDPR compliant, hosted in Germany and offers really good value for the price.

The appointment selection layout could be designed a bit differently or made clearer but honestly that's complaining at a very high level.

Getting the scheduling set up takes very little time and the appointment page looks really polished for my clients. On top of that, bookings can be made quickly and in a very simple way.

I want to add appointments directly through a built-in calendar so the reminders would automatically be sent to my clients from the system. There is a small workaround since I can book appointments through the scheduling page myself but having a calendar feature in the dashboard would make the process even faster and more convenient.

Right from the start, the software felt very user-friendly, with a simple and appealing design and everything runs flawlessly. What I especially appreciate is how close and accessible the team is, challenges get resolved quickly and without hassle sometimes even directly over Zoom. It's pretty rare to see founders being this approachable and to me that's a huge advantage.

Up to now, I haven't come across anything I don't like.

One thing that's been really useful is that it's among the few free online calendars that sync with Apple iCloud. On top of that, tech support is quick to respond and answers questions promptly by email.

On top of that, the Stripe integration for handling payments is a real plus. It makes the payment process simple and convenient for my customers.

There isn't much to dislike about it. If I had to point out something negative, it would be the slight uncertainty I felt when first using the software but even that wasn't a major issue because the simple interface and dependable support helped me get comfortable with it pretty quickly.

Scheduling has become a huge relief for us with this tool. We use the booking links not only in customer support, consulting and ticket planning but they are also perfect for handling internal processes. We're even planning to use it for new customer acquisition since prospects can conveniently choose their own appointments through the website and the round-robin feature takes care of the rest. We're genuinely impressed by the functionality, the fast support and the overall value for the price. Setup was easy and the benefit has been enormous.

The only thing we would still like is administrator-managed appointments for all employees. Other than that, we really have nothing to complain about.

At last, there's a privacy-compliant and reliable German alternative to Calendly that really delivers. The interface looks modern and appealing and getting everything set up and running is simple enough even for people with no technical background. The browser extensions are especially useful too since they let me create appointments directly from my calendar in the tool.

Up to this point, I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike about it. If anything, it has gone beyond what I expected from a scheduling solution. Whether it's video calls, reminders, buffer times or workflows, everything works reliably and without unnecessary hassle. Even after months of heavy use, it has remained very stable and I haven't experienced a single outage so far.

Setting things up is very easy and it lets you build as many scheduling pages as you need for different use cases. The interface is clean and pleasant and it works really well as a European alternative to Calendly. It helps us book both internal and external meetings very quickly.
